What we provide
We check public records about domains you nominate, tell you what we find, watch for changes, and keep a dated record of what we observed.
The free check is unlimited and needs no account. Every finding is shown in full, and nothing that needs attention is held back for a paying plan.
What we do not promise
We read public records, and those records can be unavailable, slow, or wrong. Some registries publish nothing we can read at all. When we cannot read something we say so rather than reporting it as absent.
We are not a substitute for looking after your own domain. We will tell you what we see, when we see it. We cannot renew anything, fix anything, or act on your behalf, and a missed alert does not transfer responsibility for a lapsed domain to us.
Your account
You may watch any domain. You do not need to prove you own it to watch it — the data is public either way. You do need to verify ownership to publish a record, because a published record makes a claim about a business.
Please do not use the service to build lists of other people's weaknesses. Findings about a domain you do not control are for understanding rather than publishing.
Billing
Paddle handles payment as Merchant of Record, which means they are the seller of record and handle VAT. Plans are monthly and cancel at any time from the billing portal.
Stopping payment does not delete your record. Watching stops; the history stays. If you come back, it continues from where it paused rather than starting again. That matters because duration is the thing that cannot be rebuilt.
If we stop
This is a one-person business. If it ever closes, we will give at least ninety days' notice and provide a full export of your record before shutting anything down. Saying so now is easy; the point is that it is written down.
Law
Bulgarian law applies. If something goes wrong, write to hello@domainledger.io before anything else — almost everything is resolvable that way.
