While you are a customer
Everything, indefinitely. Every snapshot, every change, every date. That is what you are paying for, and deleting old entries to save space would destroy the thing being sold.
If a payment fails
Watching pauses. Nothing is deleted. If billing resumes, the record continues from where it paused rather than starting again.
This is deliberate and it is enforced in the code rather than promised in a policy: there is no path in our billing handler that deletes anything. Losing a customer's duration over a declined card would be precisely the failure this product exists to prevent.
If you cancel
Watching stops. The record is kept for twelve months, so coming back within a year resumes the same history.
After twelve months it is deleted. We will email before that happens, with an export attached.
If you ask us to delete it
We delete it, permanently, within thirty days. That includes the duration, which cannot be rebuilt afterwards at any price. We will make sure you understand that before acting.
What we keep regardless
Billing records, for as long as Bulgarian tax law requires. These contain invoices, not domain data.
If the service closes
At least ninety days' notice and a full export before anything is deleted. This is a one-person business, and the honest version of that is a stated plan rather than an assurance that it will never happen.
