What is the same on every plan
Every urgent alert. If your certificate is expiring, your domain is about to lapse or your mail authentication has broken, you are told immediately regardless of what you pay. Charging more to be warned earlier would make the product worse in the only moment it matters.
Support response times, check frequency for anything time critical, and the free tools. There is no priority queue and no premium tier of attention, partly on principle and partly because a queue would be a fiction at our size.

Not currently. Annual billing usually exists to lock people in for a year, and this product is supposed to be worth keeping on its own. If that changes we will say so plainly.
