What this is

A service that watches the public infrastructure a business depends on, tells you before anything lapses, and keeps a permanent dated record of it. Three functions, one input, and an email most weeks saying nothing broke.

What we will not build

No API. No client logins. No white labelling of the whole product. No custom contracts, enterprise terms or negotiated pricing. No sales calls at any size.

Each of those is a reasonable request and we get asked for all of them. Together they turn a small tool into a platform that needs a team, and the reason this is cheap, simple and reliable is that it is neither. Saying no is what keeps the promise on the front page true.

What we hold about you

Public facts about a domain, of the kind anyone can look up, plus your email address and billing details. No credentials, no access to your systems, no personal data about your customers. A breach here would expose nothing that was not already public, which is deliberate.

On the record beginning at one day

Ours started at one day, like everyone else's. There is no mechanism to backdate a record and there never will be, because a record that could be backdated would not be worth keeping. This is inconvenient at the start and is the entire value later.

Why Sofia

It is where the founder lives. The service runs from infrastructure in several places, and none of that is your problem, which is rather the point.
