Which address
- hello@domainledger.io — anything at all. If you are unsure, use this one.
- support@domainledger.io — something is not working, or a finding does not look right.
- billing@domainledger.io — invoices, VAT, plan changes, refunds.
- security@domainledger.io — see the security page before writing.
What we can actually help with
Anything about your own domains, the findings, the record, or billing. If a check reports something that looks wrong, tell us — a false finding is worse than a missed one and we would rather know.
We cannot help with recovering a domain from a registrar, changing your DNS on your behalf, or acting as your technical contact. Every finding links to instructions written for the person who has to do it, and those are free.
If a finding looks wrong
Include the domain and roughly when you ran the check. Scanning reads live public records, so a result can differ from what you see if something changed in between — and if it is genuinely our mistake, the specific case is what makes it fixable.
Who you are writing to
DomainLedger is run by one person from Sofia, Bulgaria. There is no support queue, no ticket number, and no first-line script. That means slower replies at busy moments and a better answer when it arrives.
